As Petrobras logistics operator, operating in Brazil for over three decades, PINAMAK is one of the pioneers in Macaé in move services and marine support for Campos Basin, since the beginning of its production. Thus, the company has built much of its history in the Oil market together with Petrobras.

As a specialist in Deposits and Terminals Operations, PINAMAK presents in its portfolio several operations in various States across the country. But it was at the Decae Deposit, in the city of Macaé, that the ADAPTA Solution was consolidated. In this same place, million of reais in chemicals were monthly operated, in order to provision the major part of needs of Campos Basin.

In order to optimize the inventory results, improve management of storehouse products, and standardize the simultaneous controls, ADAPTA was implemented in 2008 and was consolidated in 2009, significantly contributing for such deposit.

The results of the inventories achieved a historic record in the deposit after 25 years of activities, significantly reducing the differences in 2008 and reaching almost zero in the end of the first half of 2009. Another important spot provided by the system was the Customer Satisfaction Service Index, that also achieved its historic record in May 2009.
